✅ Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Return is not applicable for items purchased during special sales or discounts unless the product is damaged or defective.
🔄 Exchange Policy:
We offer a one-time size or product exchange for eligible items.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
🚚 Return Process:
Contact our customer care on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
💸 Refunds:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Used, damaged, or worn footwear.
Customized or limited-edition products.
Any item returned without original packaging or invoice.
